Atticus the Hipster Eevee

His name is Atticus Evern he is 21 and an eevee. hes kinda of a hipster and is a little snooty about a few things bust mostly just likes the outfits that hipsters wear.

He dose however have a special ability...or curse or whatever

see he was born with a rare genetic defect that prevented him from evolving into any of his forms (eevee's already have unstable DNA as it is)

so he was given a special bracelet and 7 shards each of which allow him to assume the form of every eeveloution.

however the effects are temporary and hell revert to an eevee after a day and requires another day of rest before he can evolve again.

he has all manner of tastes and depending on his evolved state he takes part in different activities
